Quickstart
Pick your platform and add Voidhash to your app or website.
Voidhash ships native SDKs for every major mobile stack and an SDK for the web. Each mobile quickstart starts from an existing app and ends with a working paywall and entitlement check. The web quickstart starts from an existing website and ends with page views, campaign attribution, and signed-in visitors linked to your users. Pick your platform to begin.
React Native
Expo development builds and bare React Native apps on iOS and Android.
Swift
Native iOS apps with StoreKit 2. Requires iOS 15+.
Kotlin
Native Android apps with Google Play Billing. Requires minSdk 23+.
Web
Websites and web apps, including React and Next.js.
What you need before you start
Every mobile quickstart assumes you already have three things:
- A Voidhash project with its production publishable key (
vh_pk_...). Store credentials and secret keys never ship inside the app. Release builds use the production key, including the ones you test through TestFlight or Google Play; see Environments. - A subscription or one-time product in App Store Connect or Google Play Console.
- A paywall published in Studio and assigned to a location, such as
onboarding.
The React Native quickstart uses development purchase mode
in debug builds, with the test publishable key (vh_pk_test_...), so you can test before you set
up a store. Swift and Kotlin test against App Store Sandbox or Google Play testing tracks from the
start. See Store setup and
Connect Google Play to prepare those.
The web quickstart needs only the project's publishable key: the test key (vh_pk_test_...) on
staging websites, the production key on your live site. To attribute web purchases, also
connect Stripe.
